Giriş: Dijitalleşen Sağlık Alanı
Özet
Dijitalleşme, sağlık hizmetlerinde köklü bir dönüşüm yaratmıştır. Yapay zekâ, arttırılmış ve sanal gerçeklik, nesnelerin İnternet’i, tele tıp, mobil sağlık, robotik gibi dijital teknolojiler, sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumu yeniden şekillendirmiş ve sağlık profesyonellerinin, hastaların ve sağlığın diğer paydaşlarının rollerini dönüştürmüştür. Bu dönüşüm süreci, hastaları güçlendirimiş, sağlık kararlarına aktif katılımını sağlamış, sağlık profesyonelleri karşısında hastanın aleyhine olan bilgi asimetrisini azaltmış, yalnızca tüketici olmaktan çıkıp veri üreten konuma getirmiştir. Aynı zamanda dijitalleşme, teknolojinin kabulü ve uyumu gerektiren bir süreci başlatırken sağlık profesyonelleri için dijital sağlık yetkinlerininin geliştirilmesini zorunlu kılmıştır. Sağlık profesyonellerinin rolleri değişirken yeni meslekler ortaya çıkmıştır. Dijitalleşme, sağlık hizmetlerinde erişimde eşitliği sağlama, bakım kalitesini arttırma, sağlık profesyonellerine destek olma ve hasta güvenliğini sağlama konularında destekler. Ancak bu katkılara karşın kişisel sağlık verilerinin gizliliği, güvenlik ve etik sorunları ortaya çıkarmıştır. Sağlık alanı, tüm süreçlerin dijitalleşmesiyle siber saldırıların odağı olmuştur. Bu bağlamda, dijitalleşen sağlık alanı, yalnızca teknik değil, sosyal, etik ve yönetsel boyutlarıyla incelenmeli ve endişelere yönelik önlemler ele alınmalıdır.
