Dijital Sağlık Okuryazarlığı: Yeni Bir Halk Sağlığı Göstergesi Mi?
Özet
Amaç: Bu derlemenin amacı dijital sağlık okuryazarlığını tanımlamak, risk altındaki popülasyonları ve etkilenen sağlık sonuçlarını belirlemek, dijital sağlık okuryazarlığı açığını azaltmayı hedefleyen müdahaleleri incelemek ve dijital sağlık okuryazarlığını bir halk sağlığı göstergesi olarak değerlendirmektir. Yöntem: Dijital sağlık okuryazarlığı ile ilgili güncel literatür derlenmiş ve konunun tanımsal çerçevesi, ölçüm araçları, sosyodemografik belirleyicileri ve halk sağlığı açısından önemi sistematik olarak incelenmiştir.Bulgular: Dijital sağlık okuryazarlığı, bireylerin elektronik kaynaklardan sağlık bilgilerini arama, bulma, anlama ve eleştirel olarak değerlendirme becerilerini kapsamaktadır. Yaş, eğitim düzeyi ve sosyoekonomik durum dijital sağlık okuryazarlığının temel belirleyicileri arasında yer almaktadır. Mobil sağlık uygulamaları, sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi kolaylaştırmakta ancak dijital uçurum nedeniyle bazı gruplar bu teknolojilerden yeterince yararlanamamaktadır. Yanlış bilgiyle mücadele, dijital sağlık okuryazarlığının kritik bileşenlerinden biridir. Sonuç: Dijital sağlık okuryazarlığı, sağlık eşitsizliklerini sınırlamak için kritik role sahip yeni bir halk sağlığı göstergesi olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Sağlık teknolojilerinin artan kullanımıyla birlikte, dijital sağlık okuryazarlığını geliştirmeye yönelik stratejiler geliştirilmesi, özellikle risk altındaki popülasyonlar için büyük önem taşımaktadır.
