Mr Enterografi: Endikasyonlar, Teknikler ve Klinik Uygulamalar
Özet
Manyetik Rezonans Enterografi (MRE), ince barsak patolojilerinin değerlendirilmesinde iyonizan radyasyon içermemesi ve yüksek doku kontrastı sağlaması nedeniyle önemli bir görüntüleme yöntemidir. Özellikle inflamatuar barsak hastalıkları (Crohn, ülseratif kolit) başta olmak üzere, neoplazmlar, enfeksiyonlar, vasküler anomaliler ve gizli gastrointestinal kanama gibi durumların tanı ve takibinde kullanılmaktadır. MRE; hasta hazırlığı, kontrast maddelerin seçimi, antiperistaltik ajan kullanımı ve optimal çekim protokollerinin uygulanması ile yüksek tanısal doğruluk sunar. Son yıllarda diffüzyon ağırlıklı görüntüleme ve sine sekansların eklenmesi, aktif inflamasyonun ve barsak motilitesinin daha iyi değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Çocuk hastalarda ve uzun süreli takip gerektiren olgularda MRE, bilgisayarlı tomografi enterografiye üstün bir alternatiftir.
