Kas-İskelet Yumuşak Doku Tümörlerinin Görüntülenmesinde Temel Prensipler

Özet

Görüntüleme teknolojisindeki süregelen gelişmelerle birlikte kas-iskelet sistemiyumuşak doku kitlelerinin radyolojik değerlendirmesi önemli ölçüde değişti. Gelişmişgörüntülemenin entegrasyonu radyologlara geniş bir yelpazede değerlendirme araçlarısağlamıştır, ancak bu etkili tekniklere rağmen, uygun görüntüleme yönteminin seçimi ve uygulanması problemli olabilir. Kas-iskelet sistemi kitlelerinin görüntülenmesi için değerlendirme seçenekleri önemli ölçüde değişmiş olsa da, bu değerlendirmenin temel hedefleri sabit kalmıştır: tanı ve evreleme. Kas-iskelet sistemi yumuşak doku kitlelerinin değerlendirilmesinde ve bu amaçlara ulaşılmasında temel prensipler değişmemiştir. Bu bölüm, temel kavramları vurgulayarak, kas-iskelet yumuşak doku kitlelerinin değerlendirilmesinde mevcut görüntüleme yöntemlerinin uygulanmasını ele almaktadır. Kas- iskelet sistemi kitlelerinin görüntülenmesi için mevcut seçenekler son dekadda önemli ölçüde değişmiş olsa da, görüntülemenin temel kavramlarının doğru şekilde uygulanması, görüntüleme incelemelerinin tanısal faydasını en üst düzeye çıkaracaktır.
