Üriner Sistem Taş Hastalığı Tedavisi: Üreterorenoskopi, Retrograde İntrarenal Cerrahi

Özet

Bu bölümde, üriner sistem taş hastalığının minimal invaziv cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri olan üreterorenoskopi (URS) ve retrograd intrarenal cerrahi (RIRS) ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmaktadır. Endoürolojik tekniklerin tarihsel gelişimi, endoskopik ekipmanlar ve lazer teknolojilerindeki ilerlemeler ışığında tedaviye etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Endikasyonlar, taş lokalizasyonuna göre yaklaşım, giriş teknikleri ve postoperatif izlem süreçleri kapsamlı şekilde sunulmuştur. Komplikasyon yönetimi, hasta seçimi ve başarıyı etkileyen başlıca faktörler literatür verileri ışığında kapsamlı olarak ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca fleksibl ve rijid üreteroskopların kullanımı, preoperatif stentleme gerekliliği ve lazer litotripsi protokolleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Bölüm, modern taş cerrahisinde URS ve RIRS’in güvenli ve etkili birer yöntem olduğunu vurgulamaktadır.
