Periodontal ve Restoratif Tedaviler Arasındaki Klinik Yaklaşımlar
Özet
Periodontal sağlık, restoratif tedavilerin başarısı için temel öneme sahiptir. Biyolojik genişliğin korunması, restoratif marjinlerin doğru konumlandırılması ve uygun diş konturlarının oluşturulması; periodontal dokuların stabilitesini sağlar ve uzun dönem tedavi başarısını destekler. Taşkın restorasyon kenarları ve hatalı temas ilişkileri, plak birikimi, gingival inflamasyon ve alveoler kemik kaybı gibi komplikasyonlara yol açabilir. Estetik gereksinimlerin arttığı günümüzde gingival zenith noktası, interdental papilla ve “gummy smile” gibi parametreler restoratif planlamada önemli rol oynamaktadır. Ayrıca, mobil dişlerin splintlenmesi hem iyileşmeyi destekleyen hem de fonksiyonel ve estetik avantajlar sunan bir yöntemdir. Kullanılan restoratif materyallerin biyouyumluluğu da periodontal sağlığı doğrudan etkilemekte olup, materyal seçimi klinik başarı açısından kritik kabul edilmektedir. Bu derlemede periodontal ve restoratif tedavi ilişkisi güncel literatür ışığında ele alınmış ve klinisyenlere multidisipliner yaklaşımın önemi vurgulanmıştır.
