Kısa Dental İmplant Uygulamaları ve Prognozunun Değerlendirilmesi
Özet
Diş kayıplarının rehabilitasyonunda dental implantlar ve implant destekli protezler, yüksek başarı oranlarıyla güvenilir tedavi seçenekleri sunmaktadır. Ancak geleneksel yükleme protokollerinde iyileşme süresinin uzun olması, hasta memnuniyetini olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda immediat yükleme protokolü geliştirilmiş, implant yerleştirilmesini takiben ilk bir hafta içinde fonksiyonel yükleme yapılması mümkün hale gelmiştir. Başarılı bir immediat yükleme için primer stabilite, uygun kemik kalitesi ve miktarı, kontrollü oklüzal yükleme ve dengeli protez tasarımı kritik öneme sahiptir. Ayrıca hasta faktörleri, uygulanan cerrahi teknik ve implant dizaynı da başarıyı doğrudan etkilemektedir. Güncel yaklaşımlar arasında özellikle All-on-Four konsepti öne çıkmaktadır. Bu yöntem, tedavi süresini kısaltarak daha öngörülebilir sonuçlar sunmakta ve hasta memnuniyetini artırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, her vakada detaylı klinik değerlendirme yapılmalı; bruksizm, kötü ağız hijyeni ve yetersiz kemik kalitesi gibi kontrendikasyonlar göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Sonuç olarak immediat yükleme, uygun hasta ve koşullarda planlandığında fonksiyonel, estetik ve biyolojik açıdan başarılı sonuçlar sağlayabilen güvenilir bir tedavi seçeneği olarak kabul edilmektedir.
