İmplant Destekli Sabit Protezlerde Diş Eti Şekillendirme Yöntemleri
Özet
Başarılı bir implant restorasyonu için fonksiyonel ve estetik açıdan uygun bir protez tasarımına ek olarak aynı zamanda sağlıklı bir peri-implant yumuşak doku mimarisi oluşturmanın gerekli olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çıkış profili kavramı temel alınmıştır. Geçici restorasyonlarla dinamik baskı tekniği, kişiselleştirilmiş iyileşme başlıkları ve soket kapatma abutmentları gibi çeşitli yöntemlerle diş eti şekillendirmesi yapılabilmektedir. Ek olarak immediat, erken ve gecikmeli yükleme protokolleri çerçevesinde geçici restorasyon uygulanmaları da diş eti şekillendirmesinde kullanılmaktadır. Literatür bulgularına göre, uygun diş eti şekillendirme ile peri-implant mukozanın doğal dişlere benzer formda yönlendirilmesi; restorasyonların estetiğini, uzun dönem başarısını ve hasta konforunu artırmaktadır. İmplant destekli sabit protezlerde estetik ve fonksiyonel başarının temel koşulu, ideal çıkış profili ve yumuşak doku stabilitesinin sağlanmasıdır.
