Özet

Bu bölümde, 4D baskı teknolojisinin gelişimi, nasıl çalıştığı ve diş hekimliğinde potansiyel uygulamaları ele alınmaktadır. 3D baskıya zaman bileşeninin eklenmesi, akıllı malzemelerin çevresel uyaranlara yanıt olarak şekil ve işlevlerini değiştirmelerini sağlayarak biyomedikal alanda yeni olanaklar sunmaktadır. Bu teknoloji, özellikle hareketli protezler açısından protetik diş hekimliğinde önemli avantajlar sunmaktadır. Geleneksel protez kaideleri kemik rezorpsiyonuna ve yumuşak doku değişikliklerine uyum sağlayamaz, bu da hasta konforunu azaltır. Ancak, şekil hafızalı polimerlerle üretilen 4D baskılı protezler, ağız ortamındaki streslere ve doku farklılıklarına dinamik olarak uyum sağlayabilir, bu da besleme ihtiyacını azaltır ve kullanım süresini uzatır. Ayrıca, implantolojide biyouyumlu şekil hafızalı materyallerle üretilen 4D implantların, osseointegrasyonu hızlandırabileceği ve komplikasyonları azaltabileceği belirtilmektedir. Restoratif ve cerrahi uygulamalarda da bu teknoloji, kişiselleştirilmiş, biyouyumlu ve adaptif çözümlerle protetik tedavilerin geleceğine yön verecek potansiyele sahiptir.
