Sosyal ve Duygusal Gelişimin Desteklenmesi İçin Yaygın Olarak Kullanılan Yöntem ve Teknikler

Özet

Sosyal duygusal gelişim kişilerin hem kendileri hem de başkalarıyla olan ilişkilerini sağlıklı bir şekilde sürdürebilmek ve profesyonel ve sosyal yaşamlarının gereklerine uyum sağlayabilmek için gerekli becerileri geliştirme süreçlerini ifade eder. Sosyal duygusal öğrenme ise bireylerin iyi oluş, öz düzenleme, topluma uyum gibi beceriler geliştirmesini amaçlayan kapsamlı bir eğitim yaklaşımıdır. Bu yaklaşım çerçevesinde CASEL ve OECD gibi bilimsel temelli çerçeveler çeşitli programlar aracılığı ile sınıf, okul, aile ve toplum olmak üzere farklı bağlamlara özgü bir biçimde sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle sosyal duygusal öğrenme çerçeveleri ve uygulama programları ele alınmış; ardından dünyada ve Türkiye’de geliştirilen programlara örnekler verilmiştir. Programların etkili olabilmesi için en sık kullanılan yöntemlerden bilişsel davranışçı yaklaşım, yansıtıcı düşünme, drama ve farkındalık temelli yöntemler ve bu yöntemlerin uygulanmasında yaygın olarak kullanılan teknikler ele alınmıştır. Son olarak, teknolojinin eğitim alanındaki gelişen rolü doğrultusunda artırılmış gerçeklik, yapay zekâ tabanlı araçlar ve çevrimiçi oyunlaştırma uygulamalarının sosyal duygusal öğrenme süreçlerine nasıl entegre edildiği örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Bu bütüncül bakış açısı, bireylerin sosyal duygusal gelişimini desteklemek için farklı disiplinlerden gelen yöntem ve tekniklerin bir araya getirilmesi gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır.
