Beliren Yetişkinlik Döneminde Sosyal Duygusal Gelişim
Özet
Bu bölüm, beliren yetişkinlik döneminde (18–29 yaş) sosyal-duygusal gelişimi ele almaktadır. Bu gelişim evresi, kimlik oluşumu, özerklik, romantik ilişkiler, arkadaşlıklar ve kariyer seçimleri gibi kritik yaşam görevlerini kapsamaktadır. Bölümde, CASEL çerçevesi temel alınarak öz farkındalık, öz yönetim, sosyal farkındalık, ilişki becerileri ve sorumlu karar verme boyutları ayrıntılı biçimde incelenmektedir. Türkiye bağlamında, beliren yetişkinlerin deneyimledikleri üniversiteye uyum süreçleri, iş gücüne katılım ve toplumsal beklentiler gibi gelişimsel görevler ele alınmaktadır. Üniversite yaşamının akademik ve sosyal talepleri, gençlerin kişisel özellikleri ve sosyal destek becerileriyle ilişkili olarak ele alınırken, iş gücüne geçişte yaşanan belirsizlikler (örneğin NEET oranları) kariyer gelişimi açısından kritik bir boyut olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Ayrıca, kültürel farklılıklar, aile ilişkileri ve özerkleşme süreçlerinin sosyal-duygusal gelişim üzerindeki etkilerine dikkat çekilmektedir. Bölüm, bu dönemin sunduğu fırsatları ve zorlukları bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla ele alarak, gençlerin sağlıklı yetişkinliğe geçiş sürecini anlamaya yönelik kapsamlı bir çerçeve sunmaktadır.
