Gıda Dolandırıcılığı
Özet
Gıda dolandırıcılığı, ekonomik kazanç elde etmek amacıyla gıdaların kasıtlı ve yanıltıcı biçimde değiştirilmesi, tanıtılması veya etiketlenmesi yoluyla gerçekleştirilen ciddi bir sorundur. Bu tür eylemler, yalnızca tüketici güvenini zedelemekle kalmayarak halk sağlığını da tehdit etmektedir. Gıda dolandırıcılığı ile gıda güvenliği kavramları zaman zaman karıştırılsa da kasıtlılık, ekonomik motivasyon ve yanıltıcılık gibi temel unsurlar dolandırıcılığı farklı bir kategoriye yerleştirmektedir. Taklit, seyreltme, yanlış etiketleme, hileli katkı ve sahte sertifikalar gibi birçok farklı dolandırıcılık türü bulunmaktadır. Bu durum; tüketici sağlığı, etik değerler, adil rekabet ve uluslararası ticaret üzerinde olumsuz etkiler yaratmaktadır. Gıda dolandırıcılığı ile mücadelede izlenebilirlik sistemlerinin güçlendirilmesi, risk bazlı denetim programlarının uygulanması, analitik tespit yöntemlerinin yaygınlaştırılması, yasal düzenlemelerin etkili hale getirilmesi ve tüketici farkındalığının artırılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çok boyutlu sorun, ancak disiplinlerarası, çok paydaşlı ve sürdürülebilir stratejilerle etkin şekilde kontrol altına alınabilecektir.
