Dikkat Eksikliği ve Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu Olan Öğrenciler ve Eğitimleri
Özet
Bu kitap bölümü, Dikkat Eksikliği ve Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu (DEHB) olan öğrencileri ve eğitsel süreçlerini farklı boyutlardan ele almaktadır. Takip eden bölümde ilk olarak, DEHB’nin tanılama ve değerlendirme süreçleri; DSM-5 kriterleri temelinde tanılama süreci; klinik gözlem, öğretmen ve ebeveyn görüşleri, yapılandırılmış görüşmeler, derecelendirme ölçekleri ve bilişsel testler çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra, DEHB’nin okul yaşamındaki etkileri ele alınmış; bilişsel ve yürütücü işlevlerdeki bozulmaların (dikkat, planlama vb.) ve sosyal etkileşim alanlarındaki yansımalara değinilmiştir. Bölümün son kısmında ise DEHB’ye yönelik müdahale ve destek stratejileri ana hatlarıyla sunulmuştur. Davranışsal ve bilişsel-davranışçı temelli müdahalelerin yanı sıra planlama ve organizasyon becerilerine odaklanan öğretimsel düzenlemeler, görev uyarlamaları ve çok bileşenli müdahale modelleri gibi alanda yaygın olarak kullanılan yaklaşımlara yer verilmiştir. Tüm bu içeriğin ortak amacı, DEHB olan bireylerin okul bağlamındaki gelişim ve uyumlarını destekleyebilecek uygulamaların ana hatlarını ifade etmektir.
