Dijital Öğrenme Teknolojileri ve Yapay Zeka
Özet
Eğitimde dijital dönüşüm, teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte her gün daha hızlı gerçekleşmesi beklenen ve bu doğrultuda çaba gösterilmesi gereken bir politika alanı haline gelmektedir. Özellikle COVID-19 salgınıyla birlikte önemi daha da anlaşılan teknolojik araç-gereçlere erişim, doğrudan eğitime erişim anlamına gelmiştir. Söz konusu dönemde, bireyler arasındaki öğrenme açıklarını daha fazla artırmamak amacıyla dijital öğrenmeye erişimin sağlanması kaçınılmaz bir gereklilik halini almıştır. Eğitimde dijital araçların kullanımı, öncelikle öğrenmenin bireyselleştirilmesini mümkün kılmakta; bireylere daha zenginleştirilmiş ve özgün öğrenme deneyimleri sunmaktadır. Çevrimiçi ve uzaktan öğrenme yöntemleri, senkron, asenkron ya da harmanlanmış öğrenme modelleri aracılığıyla, erişimin yaygınlaştırılmasında etkili olmaktadır. Ayrıca, öğretme-öğrenme süreçlerinin niteliğini artırmada Web 2.0 ve üretken yapay zeka araçlarının sunduğu fırsatlardan da yararlanılabilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, dijitalleşmenin beraberinde getirdiği bazı sorunlardan da söz etmek gerekir. Bunların başında dijital uçurumun derinleşme riski, aşırı teknoloji bağımlılığı, etik ve akademik dürüstlükle ilgili kaygılar, bireylerin güvenliği ve veri gizliliği gelmektedir. Eğitimde dijitalleşmenin olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmenin yolu ise eleştirel dijital okuryazarlığa sahip dijital vatandaşlar yetiştirmekten; dijitalleşmenin getirdiği zorluklar ve sorun alanlarının farkında olan bilinçli bireyler olmaktan ve öğretmen eğitimi programlarını bu okuryazarlık alanlarıyla bütünleştirecek şekilde yeniden yapılandırmaktan geçmektedir.
