Etkili Okulda Öğretim, Öğrenme ve Başarı
Özet
Bu bölümde genel olarak etkili okul ve özellikleri hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur. Bu kapsamda sırasıyla “Etkili okulda öğretimin kalitesi nasıl sağlanabilir?, Etkili okullarda öğretmen nitelikleri nasıl olmalı? Öğretim liderliği kavramı nedir?, Etkili okullarda öğrenci motivasyonunu ve başarıyı sağlama yolları nelerdir?, Etkili okullarda okul iklimi, sınıf iklimi ve öğrenme kültürü nasıl olur? Etkili okullarda okul, aile ve toplum etkileşimi nasıl sağlanır?” sorularının yanıtları ilgili konu başlıkları altında açıklanmış olup son olarak “Başarılı okul örnekleri ve uygulamaları” ile “Etkili öğretime ve eğitimcilere ilişkin öneriler” başlıkları altında çeşitli bilgi ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.
