Arı Ürünleri
Özet
Bal arıları (Apis mellifera) tarafından üretilen apilarnil, arı ekmeği, arı poleni, arı sütü, arı zehri, balmumu ve propolis gibi doğal ürünler, yüksek besin değerlerinin yanı sıra çeşitli farmasötik özelliklere sahip olan ve hayvanların fizyolojik ve verim performansı üzerinde önemli etkileri sahip enzim ve peptidlerin aktif bileşenleri açısından zengin bir içeriğe sahiptir. Arı ürünlerinin hayvanlar için yem katkı maddesi olarak kullanımına ilişkin araştırmalarda, biyoyararlanımlarının yapay olarak üretilen preparatlardan daha yüksek olduğu ve bu ürünlerin sağlık ve verim üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin varlığı ortaya konulmuştur.
