Metabolik Sendromlu Hastalarda Kalp Hızı Değişkenliği ve Kalp Hızı Türbülansı

Özet

MS (MS); bozulmuş açlık glukozu, insülin direnci, hiperinsülinemi, hipertansiyon (HT), düşük High Density Lipoprotein-Yüksek Dansiteli Lipoprotein (HDL), yüksek Trigliserit (TG) düzeylerini santral obesite ile birarada tanımlayan ve kardiyovasküler hastalıklarla yakın ilişki içinde bulunan bir sendromdur.
Kalp hızı türbülansı (KHT) ventriküler erken atım sonrası, sinüs hızındaki fizyolojik değişiklikler olarak tanımlanmakta ve barorefleks duyarlılığının bir göstergesi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Birçok çalışmada kardiyak problemleri bulunanlarda bozulmuş KHT' nin mortalite ile ilişkili olduğu gösterilmiştir. Zaman içerisinde sinüs hızındaki siklik değişiklikler olarak tanımlanan kalp hızı değişkenliği (KHD), sempatik-parasempatik denge hakkında bilgi verdiğinden kardiyak otonom tonusun bir ölçüsü ve kardiyorespiratuar sistemin bir göstergesi olarak değerlendirilmektedir. MS hastaların taşıdıkları özellikler ile kardiyovasküler risk faktörleri benzerdir. Bozuk KHT ve KHD sonuçları olan bu hastalar kardiyovasküler açıdan erken tanı ve tedavi alırlar ise mortalite ve morbidite açısından büyük kazanç sağlanmış olurlar.
Kitabımın amacı MSli hastalarda ani kardiyak ölüm riskinin ve otonom disfonksiyonun  KHT ve KHD ile değerlendirilmesi ve hastaların sahip oldukları kardiyovasküler risk açısından bilgilendirilmeleridir.

Metabolic Syndrome (MS) is a syndrome that describes "distrube fasting glucose, insulin resistance, hyperinsulemia, hypertension (HT), levels of low high density lipoprotein (HDL), high trigligriserit (TG) together with central obesity, and it has close relationsbip with cardiovascular diseases.
Heart Rate Turbulence (HRT) is described physiologic changes on sinus rate, after ventricular early heart pulse and is accepted an indicator of baroreflex sensivity. Many researches show that withered HRT is related with mortality, on patient who has cardiac problems. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is described cyclic changes on sinus rate, and is evaluated as an indicator of cardio-respiratory system and scale of cardiac autonomy tonus, because of giving infonnation about balance of sympatic - parasempatic.
Symptoms of patients have MS, and risks of cardio-vasculer diseases are similar. If the patients who have broken Heart Rate Turbulence and Heart Rate Variability, is gotten diagnosis and get treatment, it supplies a great gain about mortality and morbidity.
The aim of my book, is evaluated, risk of sudden cardiac death and autonomy dysfunction on patients who have MS with HRT and HRV, acquainting the patients with risk of cardiovascular.
