Enjekte Edilebilir ve İnhalasyon Ajanların Anestezide Kullanımı
Özet
Anestezi terimi, duyarsızlık, duygu yokluğu veya hissetmemek anlamlarına gelmektedir. Anestezi amacıyla kullanılan ajanlar çeşitli şekillerde uygulanabilmektedir. Anestezik ajanlar uygulama şekillerine göre farklı olmakla beraber herbirinin canlıda gösterdiği etki mekanizmasıda (anestezi derinliği, refleksler ve uyanma vb.) farklı olmaktadır. Veteriner anestezi pratiğinde, enjekte edilebilir ve inhalasyon ajanları; sedasyon, analjezi ve bilinç kaybı gibi temel hedeflerin sağlanmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu bölümde, bu ajanların farmakolojik özellikleri, avantajları ve dezavantajları, türlere göre uygulama farklılıkları, geri dönüş ajanlarının kullanımı, multimodal anestezi yaklaşımları ve komplikasyon yönetimi hakkında bilgi vermek amaçlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte güncel bilimsel literatür verileri ile güvenli ve etkili anestezi protokolü oluşturmanın temel ilkeleri vurgulanmıştır.
