Özet
Spinal kord yaralanması (SKY) çeşitli nedenlere bağlı gelişen, kas felci, duyusal bozukluk ve otonomik kontrolde bozulmayla birlikte mesane, bağırsak, cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve kronik ağrı gibi bir çok sağlık problemine yol açan bir durumdur. Hastalarda ciddi fiziksel, ekonomik ve psikososyal sorunlara neden olmaktadır.Lezyon seviyelerine göre semptomar görülmektedir.
