Noktüri
Özet
Noktüri, ürolojik ve ürolojik olmayan birçok etyolojiye sahip olup, yaşam kalitesini ciddi şekilde bozan bir alt üriner sistem semptomudur. Global poliüri ve noktürnal poliüri, uyku bozuklukları ve azalmış mesane kapasitesi gibi patofizyolojik mekanizmalar, noktürinin temel nedenleri arasında yer almaktadır. Farklı disiplinleri ilgilendiren çok sayıda etyolojik faktör bulunduğundan, noktüri yönetimi gerektiğinde multidisipliner bir yaklaşımı gerektirir. Doğru tanı için ayrıntılı bir öykü alınması ve mesane günlüğü gereklidir. Tedavi seçenekleri, altta yatan etyolojik faktörlere yönelik hedefe yönelik tedavi, desmopressin kullanımı, davranışsal müdahaleler, mesane kapasitesini artırmaya yönelik medikal ve cerrahi yaklaşımlar ile uyku bozukluklarının yönetimini kapsar.
