Diğer Yöntemler (Videoürodinami, Ambulatuvar Ürodinami, Üretral Basınç Profili)
Özet
Bu bölüm, invaziv ürodinamik incelemelerde kullanılan ileri yöntemler olan videoürodinami, ambulatuvar ürodinami ve üretral basınç profilometrisini kapsamaktadır. Videoürodinami, standart ürodinamiye floroskopik görüntüleme eklenmesiyle hem anatomik hem de fonksiyonel değerlendirmeyi mümkün kılar. Nörojenik alt üriner sistem işlev bozuklukları, konjenital anomaliler, mesane çıkış obstrüksiyonu ve radikal pelvik cerrahiler sonrası değerlendirmelerde altın standart yöntemlerden biridir. Ambulatuvar ürodinami ise mesane fonksiyonlarını gerçek yaşam koşullarında ve fizyolojik dolum sırasında inceleyerek daha güvenilir tanısal veriler sağlar. Bu yöntem, aşırı aktif mesane, idrar kaçırma, işeme bozuklukları ve nörojenik disfonksiyon gibi durumlarda klasik ürodinamiye üstünlük gösterebilir. Günümüzde kablosuz telemetrik sistemler sayesinde daha konforlu ve doğru ölçümler elde edilmektedir. Üretral basınç profilometrisi ise üretranın fonksiyonel kapasitesini değerlendirerek kontinans mekanizmalarını ortaya koymaktadır. İstirahat halindeki ve stres sırasındaki üretra fonksiyonu hakkında bilgi sağlayan bu yöntem stres tipi idrar kaçırma başta olmak üzere pelvik organ prolapsusu ve nörolojik alt üriner sistem bozukluklarının tanı ve prognozunda kullanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerin tümü, alt üriner sistemin kompleks patolojilerinde doğru tanı, etkin tedavi planlaması ve kanıta dayalı klinik uygulamalar için kritik katkılar sunmaktadır.
