Tromboembolik Hastalıklar
Özet
Bu bölüm, köpek ve kedilerde görülen tromboembolik hastalıkları kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Tromboembolizm, damar tıkanıklığına yol açarak hayati organlarda hasara neden olabilen ciddi bir durumdur. Virchow üçlüsü (endotel hasarı, anormal kan akışı, hiperkoagülabilite) patofizyolojinin temelini oluşturur. Kedilerde hipertrofik kardiyomiyopatiye bağlı sistemik arteriyel tromboembolizm sık görülürken, köpeklerde pulmoner tromboemboli ve protein kayıplı nefropati öne çıkar. Tanıda klinik bulgular, laboratuvar testleri, görüntüleme yöntemleri ve koagülasyon analizleri kullanılır. Tedavi antikoagülanlar, antitrombosit ilaçlar ve trombolitik ajanlarla desteklenir. Prognoz, altta yatan hastalığa ve erken müdahaleye bağlıdır.
