Özet
Perikardiyal Hastalıklar, kedi ve köpeklerde hayatı tehdit edebilen ciddi kardiyovasküler patolojileri kapsar. Bu bölümde; kardiyak tamponat, perikardiyal efüzyonlar, kalp tümörleri, perikardiyal kistler ve peritonoperikardiyal diyaframatik herni gibi hastalıkların tanı, tedavi ve prognozu detaylıca ele alınmıştır. Ekokardiyografi, radyografi ve ileri görüntüleme teknikleriyle erken teşhisin önemi vurgulanırken, acil müdahale gerektiren durumlarda perikardiyosentez ve cerrahi yöntemler öne çıkmaktadır. Klinik bulgular, patofizyoloji ve tedavi protokolleriyle ilgili güncel bilgiler sunularak, veteriner hekimlere pratik bir rehber sağlanmaktadır.
