Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Üretim ve Üretim Planlaması
Özet
Teknolojinin hızla geliştiği, rekabeti sürekli arttığı, müşteri istek ve gereksinimlerin hızlı değişim gösterdiği bir ortamda işletmelerin faaliyetlerinde sürekliliği sağlayabilmesinde üretim ve üretim planlaması oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Bu bölümde üretim ve üretim yönetimi kavramlarıyla üretim sitemleri, üretim sistemlerinin elemanları ve üretim sisteminin sınıflandırılması ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca modern üretim uygulamalarına da değinilmiş, tedarik zinciri yönetimi bağlamında yalın üretim sistemi, çevik üretim sistemi, esnek üretim sistemi, hücresel üretim sistemi ve tam zamanında üretim konularına değinilmiş ve bu uygulamaların temel özellikleri açıklanmıştır. Bölümün devam eden kısmında üretim planlaması kısmı ele alınmış, üretim planlamasının amacı ve üretim planlamasının aşamaları açıklanmıştır. Son olarak, üretim planlama ve kontrol elamanlarına ilişkin temel unsurlara yer verilmiştir.
In an environment where technology is rapidly developing, competition is constantly increasing, and customer demands and requirements are rapidly changing, production and production planning are of great importance for ensuring the continuity of business operations. In this chapter, the concepts of production and production management, production systems, the elements of production systems, and the classification of production systems are addressed. In addition, modern production practices are discussed, and within the context of supply chain management, lean production systems, agile production systems, flexible production systems, cellular production systems, and just-in-time production are examined, with the fundamental characteristics of these practices explained. In the following part of the chapter, the topic of production planning is discussed, including the purpose of production planning and its stages. Finally, the basic components related to production planning and control are presented.
