Liver cysts are quite common lesions. Most of them are simple and have benign features, but more rarely malignant or potentially malignant cysts can be encountered. Differential diagnosis is therefore very important in liver cysts, which may require different method strategies from follow-up to liver transplantation depending on their features. In this section, the features of various liver cysts, their diagnosis and treatment processes will be discussed.
