Din Dilinden Modernleşme Diline
Özet
Modernitenin öznelliği ve iktidar ilişkilerini şekillendirmesine odaklanan bazı çalışmaların din dili ve Modernite dili arasındaki irtibatı gösterdiği bilinmektedir. Ancak Batı dışı toplumları hedef alan modernleşme kuramının din diliyle nasıl ortak bir dil kullandığına dikkat çeken pek bir çalışma yoktur. Bu bölüm yazısı bu boşluktan hareketle din dili ile modernleşmenin dili arasındaki ortaklıkları 6 ana unsur çerçevesinde analiz etmekte ve modernleşme söyleminin dilini sürekli güncellemesine rağmen özünü ve misyonunu nasıl korumayı başardığı tartışılmaktadır.
