Ankiloglossi-Dil Bağı
Özet
Dil bağı, farkedilmesi zaman alan nadir görülen bir emzirme sorunudur. Dil bağının tanısı zaman alabilmekte, emzirme konusunda tercübeli ve uzman kişilerce kolaylıkla teşhis edilebilmektedir. Dil bağı olan bebekte en çok görülen sorunlar; sınırlı dil hareketi, bebeğin memeyi emerken zorlanması, bebeğin memeyi kısa süreli emmesi, bebeğin reflüsünün olması gibi sorunlardır. Dil bağı için en yaygın kullanılan tedavi yöntemleri ise; dile uygulanan masajlar, frenotomi, frenulektomi (frenektomi-lazer ile yapılan) ve frenuloplastidir. Bu olgu çalışması, dil bağının anne ve bebekte nasıl tespit edileceğini, risk faktörleri ve yönetim stratejilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca tedavi yöntemleri ve sonrasında sunulan ebelik bakımını içermektedir.
Tongue tie is a rare breastfeeding problem that takes time to notice. Diagnosis of tongue tie can take time, but it can be easily diagnosed by people who are experienced and experts in breastfeeding. The most common problems in babies with tongue tie are; problems such as limited tongue movement, the baby having difficulty sucking the breast, the baby sucking the breast for short periods of time, and the baby having reflux. The most commonly used treatment methods for tongue tie are; massages applied to the tongue are frenotomy, frenulectomy (done with frenectomy-laser), and frenuloplasty. This case study aims to examine how to detect tongue tie in mother and baby, risk factors and management strategies. It also explains the treatment methods and the midwifery care followed afterwards.
