Paslı Boru Sendromu
Özet
Paslı boru sendromu, genellikle erken postpartum dönemde kolostrumda veya anne sütünde kan bulunması dolayısıyla sütün kahverengi veya paslı bir renk alması sonucu meydana gelen ve emzirme sürecinin sağlıklı şekilde sürdürülmesine engel olabilen bir emzirme problemidir. Ebeler tarafından verilen profesyonel destek ve girişimle bu sendromun uygun şekilde yönetilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu olgu çalışması, emzirme sürecinde görülebilen kanlı kolostrum veya anne sütü salgısının nedenlerini, risk faktörlerini, belirtilerini ve ebelik yönetiminin değerlendirilmesini amaçlamıştır. Ayrıca süreç yönetimi hakkında fikir vermektedir.
Rusty pipe syndrome is a breastfeeding problem that usually occurs in the early postpartum period when blood is found in colostrum or breast milk, causing the milk to take on a brown or rusty color, and can prevent the healthy continuation of the breastfeeding process. It is important to manage this syndrome appropriately with professional support and intervention provided by midwives. This case study aimed to evaluate the causes, risk factors, symptoms and midwifery management of bloody colostrum or breast milk secretion that can be seen during the breastfeeding process. It also provides an idea about the process management.
