Pseudotüberkülozis
Özet
Kanatlı pseudotüberkülozu, Y. pseudotuberculosis tarafından oluşturulan genellikle hızlı seyreden bakteriyemi ve ani ölümlerle karakterizedir. Postmortem incelemelerde pnömoni, hepatomegali ve splenomegali gibi bulgular görülür. Kronik vakalarda tüberküloz benzeri granülom oluşumu yaygındır. Kemirgenler enfeksiyon kaynağı olup, kanatlı işletmeleri bu tehditten korunmalıdır. Hastalık ispinoz ve kanaryalarda perakut ölümler, ishal ve solunum yolu problemlerine yol açar. Avrupa kökenli olduğu düşünülen bu bakteri, kemirgenler aracılığıyla küresel çapta yayılmıştır. Büyük kuş kafeslerinde enfeksiyon yaygın olup, perakut ve akut olgularda etkilenen kuşlar genellikle tedaviye yanıt veremeyecek kadar hastadır. Ancak hasta hayvanların antibiyogram sonucuna göre tedavi edilmesiyle olası salgınlar kontrol altına alabilir. Kanatlı işletmeleri ve büyük çaplı kafeslerin dekontaminasyonu ile kemirgen kontrolü, tedavi sürecinde kritik öneme sahiptir.
