Chiari Tip I Malformasyonunda Dural Dış Tabakanın Alınması İle Dekompresyon

Özet

Geçmiş: Baş ağrısı ve potansiyel beyin sapı/omurilik sorunları ile belirginleşen Chiari I malformasyonu, konservatif yöntemler başarısız olduğunda sıklıkla cerrahi müdahale gerektirir. Bu çalışma, ameliyat sonrası komplikasyonları azaltmayı ve sonuçları optimize etmeyi amaçlayan minimal invaziv dura dış tabakasını alarak dekompresyon tekniğini tanıtmaktadır.
Yöntemler: Dura dış tabakasını alarak dekompresyon tekniği suboksipital kraniektomi, C1 laminektomi ve atlantooksipital bandın rezeksiyonu ve dura dış tabakasının alınarak kranioservikal dekompresyon yapılmasıdır.
Sonuçlar: Chiari I malformasyonunda dekompresyonu için minimal invaziv dura dış tabakasını alarak dekompresyon tekniği, ameliyat sonrası BOS kaçağı ve cerrahi bölge enfeksiyonu riskini azaltabilir ve sonuçları optimize edebilir.
