Autoinflammatory Diseases
Özet
Autoinflammatory diseases are described by recurrent attacks of sterile inflammation resulting from disorders in the innate immune system. Pericarditis is the most widespread cardiac involvement of autoinflammatory diseases, some forms may occur with myocarditis. Amyloidosis is one of the most serious complications of autoinflammatory diseases, increasing the risk of cardiac morbidity. Limiting inflammation attacks with treatment also prevents the development of cardiac morbidity. In our article, subtypes of autoinflammatory diseases are described and their cardiac involvements are determined.
