Adult 4. Ventrikül Koroid Pleksus Papilloma Olgusu
Özet
Koroid pleksus tümörleri (KPT), tümörlerin histolojisine bağlı olarak değişken sonuçlara sahip beyin tümörleridir. Genel sonuç, cerrahi komplikasyonlar, histolojik derecelendirme, yaş, lezyonun boyutu ve konumu gibi çeşitli faktörlerden etkilenir. Gross total rezeksiyon (GTR) sağkalımın bağımsız bir öngörücüsüdür. Burada birkaç aydır baş ağrısı, baş dönmesi ve dengesizlik yaşayan ve görüntüleme tetkikinde 4. ventrikülde kitle tespit edilerek opere edilen patoloji raporu koroid pleksus papillomu (KPP) gelen olan 40 yaşında bir kadın hastayı operasyon süreci, postoperatif takip sürecindeki komplikasyonları ve nüks tümör cerrahisini sunmak istedik.
