Uzak Lateral Lomber Disk Hernilerinin Olgu Sunumu Eşliğinde Cerrahi Tedavi Yaklaşımlarının İncelenmesi
Özet
Uzak lateral lomber disk hernileri (LDH) nadir görülen bir klinik durum olarak kabul edilsede modern görüntüleme tekniklerinin kullanıma girmesiyle giderek daha fazla tanınmaktadır. Bununla birlikte anatomik lokalizasyonlarındaki zorluklar nedeniyle cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımlarındaki karmaşıklık ise devam etmektedir. Konservatif tedavilere yanıt alınamayan uzak lateral LDH’li olgularda günümüzde çeşitli cerrahi teknikler uygulanmaktadır. Bu makalede uzak lateral LDH’de uygulanan güncel cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımları opere edilen bir olgu sunumu eşliğinde incelenmiştir.
