Özet
Bu bölüm, alt sindirim sistemi uygulamalarına yönelik temel hemşirelik prosedürlerini kapsamaktadır. Özellikle, rektal tüp uygulaması ve lavman uygulaması gibi iki ana prosedür detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu prosedürlerin amacı, bağırsaklarda biriken gaz veya dışkıyı dışarıya çıkarmak ve hastanın konforunu artırmaktır. Rektal tüp uygulaması, gaz birikimi nedeniyle bağırsaklarda oluşan distansiyonun azaltılmasına yönelik bir işlemdir. Bu işlemde, hemşirelerin hastayı uygun şekilde yerleştirerek tüpü rektuma yerleştirmesi ve tüpün doğru süreyle bırakılması gereklidir. Hemşireler, hastayı uygun pozisyonda yerleştirerek işlem sonrası izleme sürecini de takip eder.
