This chapter comprehensively addresses dental anomalies affecting the pulp, emphasizing their significance in endodontic diagnosis and treatment processes. It covers clinical features, radiographic findings, and therapeutic approaches for anomalies, including dens invaginatus, dens evaginatus, talon cusp, taurodontism, radix entomolaris/paramolaris, fusion, gemination, palatogingival grooves, and dilacerated roots. The chapter highlights the importance of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in diagnosing anomalies and emphasizes the critical significance of case-specific treatment planning.
