Antropometrik Ölçümler

Yazarlar

Özet

Antropometrik ölçümler vücut kompozisyonu hakkında bilgi veren, hastanın beslenme durumunun değerlendirilmesinde, obezitenin teşhisinde kullanılan, invaziv olmayan kolay ulaşılabilir niceliksel ölçümlerdir. Boy, kilo, bel çevresi, kalça çevresi, üst orta kol çevresi, baldır çevresi ölçümleri ve beden kütle indeksi hesaplaması kapsamlı geriatrik değerlendirme sırasında rutin pratikte kullanılan antropometrik ölçümlerdir. Bu ölçümlerin eğitimli personel tarafından standart prosedürler uygulanarak elde edilmesi verilerin güvenilirliği açısından gereklidir. Elde edilen ölçümler yaşlı erişkin bireylerdeki kesme değerlerine göre yorumlanmalıdır.
