Cilt Ve Yumuşak Doku Enfeksiyonları
Özet
Deri ve ekleri vücudun hayati organlarını sarmalayan en geniş organdır. Fonksiyonları organizmanın sağlıklı işlevi için oldukça önemlidir. Enfeksiyonlardan korunma, ısı dengesi, bağışıklığa katkısı, fiziki bariyer işlevi bazı önemli fonksiyonlarıdır. Dıştan içe doğru epidermis, dermis ve cilt altı yağ dokudan oluşmaktadır. Yağ dokunun altında kasları sarmalayan fasya dokusu mevcuttur. Deri ve yumuşak doku enfeksiyonları (DYDE), epidermis, dermis ve subkutan dokuların enfeksiyonlar için kullanılan terimdir. Klasik bulguları; kızarıklık, ısı artışı, hassasiyet ve akıntı gibi inflamasyon bulgularını içermektedir. Çocukluk çağında etkenler genelde S. aureus ve streptokoklar gibi gram pozitif etkenlerdir. Tanı için genellikle klinik tanı yeterlidir ve tedaviye iyi yanıt verirler. Ancak bazı özel durumlar (immün yetmezlik, yanık gibi) olgulara daha dikkatli yaklaşımı gerektirir. Cilt ve yumuşak doku enfeksiyonları hastane yatışı gerektirmeden uygun bir şekilde tedavi edilebilir, bazı durumlarda hastane yatışını ve yakın takibi gerektirir.
