Akut Bakteriyel Gastroenteritler

Özet

Bakteriyel patojenler küresel çapta çocuklarda akut ishalin önemli nedenlerindendir. Bakteriyel gastroenteriti önlemek için gıda güvenliği, hijyen koşullarının iyileştirilmesi ve temiz su kullanımı sağlanmalıdır. Hastalar ateş, kanlı dışkı, tenesmus, sulu ishal ile başvurabildiği gibi ağır dehidratasyon ve sepsis kliniğiyle seyredebilir. Enfeksiyonlar çoğunlukla kendini sınırladığından antibiyotik açısından iyi değerlendirilmeli, tedavi gereken durumlarda ilaç direncini göz önüne alarak hastanın kliniğine uygun antibiyotikler tercih edilmelidir. Uygun probiyotikler ve çinko destekleyici tedavi olarak kullanılabilir. Komplikasyonlar açısından hastalar yakın izlenmeli, ailelere danışmanlık verilmelidir.
