Ateşin Düşürülmesi ve Kullanılan İlaçlar

Özet

Ateş çocuklarda yaygın bir semptom olup, hastaneye en sık başvuru nedeni olmaktadır. Aileler için oldukça endişe verici bir durum olmasına rağmen, enfeksiyöz ve nonenfeksiyöz birçok patolojiye yönelik faydalı, sağlıklı fizyolojik bir yanıttır. Bu yanıta doğru zamanda müdahale etmek çocuğun konforunu arttırmak amacıyla olmalı ancak tanıyı geciktirmemeli ve immün yanıtı bozmaması gereklidir. Bu nedenle ailelere ateş konusunda aşırı endişelenmemeleri ve erken ateş düşürücülere veya ateş düşürme yöntemlerine başvurmamaları gerektiğinin farkına varmaları sağlanmalıdır.
