Sedanter Bireylerde 12 Haftalık Kombine Antrenmanın Performans, Kan Enzimleri ve Metabolitlere Etkisi
Özet
Bu araştırmada, 18-22 yaş sedanter bireylerde 12 haftalık kombine antrenman programının vücut kompozisyonu, aerobik kapasite, kuvvet, kan enzim ve metabolit değişimlerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya ortalama yaşı 19,4±1,76 yıl, boy uzunluğu 177,16±5,35 cm, vücut ağırlığı 68,64±7,28 kg. olan 60 erkek, gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Katılımcılar özelliklerine göre eşleştirilmiş ve kura yöntemi ile deney ve kontrol gruplarına atanmıştır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden gerçek deneysel model kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya başlanmadan önce katılımcılara egzersiz protokolü hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve gönüllü katılımı kabul edenlere onam formu imzalatılmıştır. Katılımcılar; sürekli koşular, aralıklı koşular ve kalistenik egzersizlerin ağırlıkta olduğu 12 haftalık kombine antrenman programına devam etmişlerdir. Ön ve son test ölçümleri sonucunda deney grubunda; VKİ (t=-3,654; p˂.05), VA (t=3,976; p˂.05), İKA (t=-7,237; p˂.05), VYO (t=7,555; p˂.05), SK (t=-2,868; p˂.05), BK (t=-2,748; p˂.05), sağ EKK (t=-4,822; p˂.05), sol EKK (t=-4,376; p˂.05), LD (t=-4,698; p˂.05) ve Yo-Yo Testi koşu mesafesinde (t=-10,870; p˂.05) anlamlı ve olumlu farklar oluşmuştur. Kontrol grubunun ön ve son test sonuçları; VKİ (t=-2,849; p˂.05), VA (t=-3,168; p˂.05), SK (t=-3,820; p˂.05), BK (t=2,261; p˂.05), LD (t=-2,405; p˂.05) değişkenlerinde anlamlı ve olumsuz bir farkı işaret ederken diğer değişkenlerde fark görülmemiştir. Gruplar arası ön test verilerinin karşılaştırılması sonucunda hiçbir değişkende anlamlı farka rastlanmamıştır. Grupların son test ölçümlerine göre yapılan karşılaştırmalarda VKİ (t=1,177; p˃.05), VA (t=1,112; p˃.05) ve İKA (t=-1,144; p˃.05) değişkenlerinde anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Ancak VYO (t=2,880; p˂.05), SK (t=-2,171; p˂.05), bacak kuvveti (t=-1,860; p˂.05), sağ EKK (t=-2,968; p˂.05), sol EKK (t=-2,153; p˂.05), LD (t=-3,634; p˂.05) ve Yo-Yo Testi koşu mesafesinde (t=-9,912; p˂.05) anlamlı fark belirlenmiştir. Gruplar arası biyokimyasal değişkenlerin ön test karşılaştırmaları sonucunda farka rastlanmazken grupların kombine antrenman sonrası alınan son test değerlerinin karşılaştırmalarına göre; G6PD (t=11.077; p˂.05), 6PDG (t=-2,526; p˂.05), GR (t=-8,912; p˂.05), CA (t=-3,655; p˂.05), AChE ve BChE enzim aktivitesinde (t=1,652; p˂.05) anlamlı düzeyde fark tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, sedanter bireylerde uygulanan 12 haftalık kombine antrenman müdahalesinin vücut kompozisyonu, aerobik kapasite, kuvvet ve enzim aktivitelerine olumlu yönde katkı sağladığını göstermiştir. Ancak bu sonuçlar bu araştırmanın kapsamıyla sınırlıdır, genelleme yapılamaz. Konuyla ilgili daha açık, kesin ve genellenebilir sonuçlar elde edebilmek için yeni araştırmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
