Özet

Bor, büyüme ve metabolizma için temel bir mineraldir ve anti-inflamatuvar, antioksidan etkiler dahil birçok fayda sağlar. Merkezi sinir sistemi, bağışıklık sistemi ve karaciğer metabolizması üzerinde olumlu etkiler gösterir. Bor, kemik sağlığını destekler, kemik yoğunluğunu artırır ve osteoporoz riskini azaltır. Östrojen ve testosteron gibi hormonların düzenlenmesinde rol oynar. Ayrıca yara iyileşmesi, embriyonik gelişim ve kanser tedavisinde faydalar sağlamaktadır. Bor eksikliği, kemik sağlığı, bilişsel fonksiyon ve bağışıklık sistemi üzerinde olumsuz etkilere yol açabilir. Bor bazlı ilaçlar dermatolojik tedavilerde de kullanılır. Yüksek dozlarda toksisite riskine dikkat edilmelidir. 

 

Boron is an essential mineral for growth and metabolism, providing numerous benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It has positive impacts on the central nervous system, immune system, and liver metabolism. Boron supports bone health by increasing bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis. It plays a role in the regulation of hormones such as estrogen and testosterone. Additionally, it contributes to wound healing, embryonic development, and cancer treatment. Boron deficiency can negatively affect bone health, cognitive function, and the immune system. Boron-based drugs are also used in dermatological treatments. However, caution should be exercised regarding toxicity risks at high doses.
