Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve Surgery
Özet
This chapter examines minimally invasive mitral valve surgery techniques. Right mini-thoracotomy is the most commonly used approach for mitral valve repair, utilizing small incisions and video-assisted surgery. Patient selection depends on surgical risks and the complexity of mitral valve pathology. Minimally invasive mitral valve surgery offers benefits like reduced pain, faster recovery, and lower infection risk.
Bu bölüm, minimal invaziv mitral kapak cerrahisinin yöntemlerini ele almaktadır. Sağ mini-torakotomi, mitral kapak tamiri için en yaygın tercih edilen tekniktir. Bu yöntem, küçük insizyonlar ve video destekli cerrahi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilir. Hasta seçimi, cerrahi riskler ve mitral kapak patolojisinin karmaşıklığına göre yapılmalıdır. Minimal invaziv mitral kapak cerrahisi, daha az ağrı, kısa iyileşme süresi ve daha düşük enfeksiyon riski sunar.
