Minimally Invasive Aortic Valve Surgery

Özet

This chapter discusses techniques and benefits of minimally invasive aortic valve replacement (MIAVR). Compared to traditional surgery, MIAVR is less traumatic and offers faster recovery, shorter hospital stays, and better cosmetic results. Partial upper mini-sternotomy and right anterior mini-thoracotomy are the most common approaches. Careful patient selection, considering aortic morphology, chest wall anatomy, and comorbidities, is crucial for surgical success.

Bu bölümde minimal invaziv aort kapak cerrahisinin (MIAVR) teknikleri ve avantajları ele alınmaktadır. MIAVR, geleneksel yöntemlere kıyasla daha az travmatik olup, daha hızlı iyileşme, daha kısa hastanede kalış süresi ve daha iyi kozmetik sonuçlar sağlar. Parsiyel üst mini-sternotomi ve sağ anterior mini-torakotomi en yaygın kullanılan yaklaşımlar arasındadır. Hasta seçimi, ameliyatın başarısı için kritik öneme sahiptir ve aort morfolojisi, göğüs duvarı yapısı ve eşlik eden hastalıklar dikkatlice değerlendirilmelidir.
