Mesane Kanseri ve Hemşirelik Bakımı
Özet
Bu bölümde, mesane kanserine dair kapsamlı bir bakış sunularak, hem hastalığın tıbbi ve cerrahi yönleri hem de hemşirelik bakım süreçleri ele alınmaktadır. Öncelikle mesane kanserinin tanımı, etiyolojisi ve risk faktörleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmekte, hastalığın belirti ve bulguları açıklanmaktadır. Tanı yöntemleri ile birlikte tıbbi ve cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımları ele alınarak, kullanılan cerrahi teknikler detaylandırılmaktadır.
Hemşirelik bakımı açısından, cerrahi girişim öncesi, sırası ve sonrası dönemde uygulanması gereken bakım ilkeleri, hasta güvenliği, komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve iyileşme sürecinin desteklenmesi gibi konulara odaklanılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, hemşirelerin multidisipliner ekip içindeki rolü, hasta eğitimi ve bireyselleştirilmiş bakım yaklaşımları vurgulanmaktadır.
Mesane kanseri ile ilgili güncel bilgiler ışığında hazırlanan bu bölüm, hemşireler ve sağlık profesyonelleri için yol gösterici bir kaynak niteliği taşımaktadır.
In this chapter, a comprehensive overview of bladder cancer is presented and both the medical and surgical aspects of the disease and nursing care processes are discussed. First of all, the definition, etiology and risk factors of bladder cancer are examined in detail, and the signs and symptoms of the disease are explained. Diagnostic methods and medical and surgical treatment approaches are discussed and the surgical techniques used are detailed.
In terms of nursing care, the principles of care to be applied before, during and after surgical intervention, patient safety, prevention of complications and support of the healing process are focused on. In this context, the role of nurses in the multidisciplinary team, patient education and individualized care approaches are emphasized.
This chapter, prepared in the light of current information on bladder cancer, is a guiding resource for nurses and health professionals.
