Transuretral Rezeksiyon ve Diğer Transuretral Yöntemler
Özet
Bu bölüm, ürolojik cerrahilerde kullanılan transüretral rezeksiyon (TUR) ve diğer transüretral teknikleri incelemektedir. Transüretral cerrahinin tarihsel gelişimi ele alınarak, enstrümantasyon ve tekniklerdeki ilerlemeler geçmişten günümüze anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Transüretral cerrahileri dört ana grupta incelenmiştir: üreter, mesane, prostat ve üretra cerrahileri.
Her tekniğin ameliyat öncesi hazırlıkları, cerrahi prosedürleri ve ameliyat sonrası bakım süreçleri ayrıntılı olarak ele alınarak, hemşirelerin hasta bakımındaki rolüne vurgu yapılmaktadır. Literatürde transüretral cerrahilerin, açık cerrahiye kıyasla daha az invaziv olması, iyileşme süresinin kısa olması ve komplikasyon risklerinin düşük olması gibi avantajlar öne çıkmaktadır.
Genel olarak, transüretral teknikler ürolojik hastalıkların yönetiminde etkili ve minimal invaziv girişime olanak sağlarken, hasta sonuçlarını ve cerrahi verimliliği artırmaktadır.
This chapter examines transurethral resection (TUR) and other transurethral techniques used in urological surgeries. The historical development of transurethral surgery is discussed, outlining advancements in instrumentation and techniques from past to present. Transurethral surgeries are classified into four main groups: ureter, bladder, prostate, and urethral surgeries.
Each technique is analyzed in detail, including preoperative preparation, surgical procedures, and postoperative care, emphasizing the role of nurses in patient care. The literature highlights several advantages of transurethral surgeries over open surgery, including being less invasive, having shorter recovery times, and posing lower complication risks.
Overall, transurethral techniques provide effective and minimally invasive approaches to managing urological diseases, improving patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.
