Bir Çekin Keşide Tarihi Üzerinden Birden Fazla Gidilmesi Sonrası Oluşan Değişikliğin (Sürşarjın) Adli Belge İncelemeciliği Açısından Değerlendirilmesi: Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Adli belge incelemesi, belgelerin gerçekliğini, kaynağını veya değişikliklerini belirlemek için yapılan bilimsel bir analizdir. Bu kapsamda, belgelerde ekleme, değişiklik veya silinme gibi tahrifatların tespit edilmesi de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Çalışmada, bir çekin keşide tarihinde yapılan sürşarjın adli belge incelemesi açısından değerlendirilmesi ve bu tür olguların incelenmesinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar değerlendirilmiştir. Adli belge incelemenin objektif kısmını oluşturan mikroskopi, kızılötesi ve ultraviyole gibi filtrelere ek olarak çeşitli aydınlatma yöntemleri kullanılarak belgelerde oluşabilecek değişiklikler, silinmeler veya karalamalar tespiti edilebilir, neyin değiştirildiği, silindiği veya ortadan kaldırıldığı belirlenebilmektedir.
Bu olgu ile adli belge incelemesi alanında çalışan uzmanlara ve araştırmacılara bu konuda farkındalık kazandırmayı ve benzer olguların incelenmesinde yol göstermeyi amaçlamaktayız.
Questioned document examination is a scientific analysis conducted to determine the authenticity, origin, or changes made to documents. In this context, it is also crucial to detect alterations such as additions, changes, or deletions in documents. This study evaluates the questioned document examination of a surcharge made on a check’s date of issuance and discusses the important aspects to consider when investigating such cases. In addition to microscopic examination, infrared and ultraviolet filters, which are part of the objective part of questioned document analysis, various lighting methods can be used to detect changes, deletions, or scribbles that may occur on documents. This way, it is possible to determine what has been altered, deleted, or removed.
Through this case, we aim to raise awareness among questioned document examiners and researchers in this field and provide guidance for examining similar cases.
