Aşırı Duyarlılık Reaksiyonları
Özet
Bağışıklık sistemi, organizmanın enfeksiyonlara ve yabancı antijenlere karşı savunmasında hayati bir rol oynar. Ancak bazen bu sistem, uzun süreli veya tekrarlayan antijen maruziyeti sonucunda aşırı veya uygunsuz tepkiler verebilir. Bu tür anormal immün yanıtlar, aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonları olarak adlandırılır ve konak dokularda hasara yol açabilir. Aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonları, altta yatan immünolojik mekanizmalara göre Tip I (Ani), Tip II (Antikor Aracılı Sitotoksisite), Tip III (İmmün Kompleks Aracılı), Tip IV (Gecikmiş Tip) üzere dört tipe ayrılır.
