Kalisivirüsler
Özet
Kalisivirüsler, RNA virüsleri arasında yer alan, genellikle gastroenteritlere yol açan ve yüksek bulaşıcılığı ile bilinen virüslerdir. Özellikle norovirüs ve sapovirus, insanlarda yaygın olarak görülen viral enterit vakalarının başlıca etkenlerindendir. Bu virüsler, genetik çeşitlilik gösteren ve çevresel etmenlere karşı dirençli olmalarıyla dikkat çekmektedirler. Ayrıca, düşük bir enfeksiyon dozu ile bile hızla yayılabilen bu virüsler, toplum sağlığı açısından önemli bir tehdit oluşturur. Kalisivirüslerin patogenezi, konakçı ile etkileşimleri ve immün yanıtları, hastalıkların ortaya çıkışı ve yayılmasında belirleyici faktörlerdir.
