Travmada Rejyonel Anestezi
Özet
Akut travma hastalarının yönetiminde, rejyonel anestezi teknikleri önemli faydalar sunmaktadır. Periferik sinir bloklarının ve nöraksiyel blokların kullanımı, hem hasta konforunu artırmakta hem de sistemik opioid ihtiyacını ve buna bağlı yan etkileri azaltmaktadır. Özellikle çoklu travmalı ve ciddi nörolojik, kardiyovasküler ya da pulmoner sorunları olan hastalarda, bu tekniklerin erken uygulanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bölgesel anestezi, sadece pulmoner komplikasyonlar, deliryum ve mortalite oranlarını düşürmekle kalmayıp, aynı zamanda acil servis ve hastane yatış sürelerinin de kısalmasına katkı sağlamaktadır.
