Travmada Girişimler: Tüp Torakostomi
Özet
Tüp torakostomi, plevral aralıktaki anormal sıvı veya hava birikimini tahliye etmek için yaygın bir şekilde uygulanan bir prosedürdür. Endikasyonları arasında pnömotoraks en yaygın nedendir. Torakostomi endikasyonu olan hastalarda tanı için toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisi altın standarttır. Pnömotoraks veya hemotoraks olan stabil olmayan hastalarda tüp torakostomi için mutlak bir kontrendikasyon yoktur. Göğüs tüpü takılmasının en yaygın komplikasyonları enfeksiyon, interkostal damar laserasyonu, akciğer laserasyonu ve göğüs tüpünün karın içi veya solid organlara yerleştirilmesidir. Göğüs tüplerinin kullanımı zaman ilerledikçe değişmeye devam edecek dinamik bir süreç olduğundan, acil servis hekimlerinin göğüs tüpü yönetimi konusunda sağlam bir temele sahip olmaları zorunludur.
